First Wesley Snipes, now this (Crap!)
OCALA - An alleged Colombian drug warlord - one of 14 paramilitary leaders extradited from Colombia to the United States Tuesday under federal charges of drug trafficking - will be tried in Ocala.
According to an indictment filed May 3, Manuel Enrique Torregrosa-Castro faces one count of conspiracy to import cocaine into the United States and one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
His arraignment in Ocala is scheduled within the next 10 days. He remains in custody at a federal detention center in Tampa following a brief hearing Thursday before U.S. District Judge Thomas G. Wilson.
Yep, it seems Marion County citizens are going to have to do the jury-ing job that others won't do.
