Thoughts I shared on Facebook on Jan 10, 2013 before the Democrat's Lord God Obama was re-installed as prez.

These thoughts seem relevant again TODAY.

"Couldn't sleep well again last night. This time I had other thoughts.

But first, let me be clear…it could never happen here.

I was just ruminating about current events. You know, gun control and privacy rights and the ability of citizens to ‘speak truth to power’ and such other mundane issues related to that old out of date document, the Constitution.

And I was thinking of those ‘men of the people’ dictators in both Cuba and Venezuela and how fortunate Americans are because such could never…I repeat, never…happen here. We would never allow a tin pot dictator to take charge here. We know our history, don’t we and we are superior to all other nations who ended up with dictators or a committee of dictators. Those old white European men who created this concept of America are so déclassé, so last millennium.

So anyway, I was thinking of how a tin pot dictator historically removes freedom of speech and assembly of his citizens. That often begins with the neutering a free press. And of course he must limit any challenges to his rule, so citizen ability to self defend, individually or in unison with his fellows, must be eliminated. Then he must divide His people so that they will not unite against him. To assure this, he must give enough of them special privileges, even it’s an extra bottle of aspirin a year to supplement the wonderful health care system. Then he must give HIS citizens something or someone else to hate and fear, thereby considering him their defender.

But thankfully that could never happen here.

Yet, I was considering that the American lapdog media have been leg humping Obama for 5 years and the Dems in general for at least the 20 years since the Clintons came on the scene.

Or course Obama and all the Dems have made conservatives and Republicans the bête noire of all good people. I mean they hate women, old folks, poor folks, clean air, children, the future….!!!! They are EVIL and must be eliminated.

And now Obama and his minions are proposing ‘controlling’ the guns of American citizens. And he/they will use Executive Orders as needed to ensure the right thing gets done. You can’t trust Congress or the Courts to do the right thing, doncha know. Not confiscation you understand and it’s only for the greater good….for the children, if you will. But don’t worry, Dems love and respect the Constitution...and they know it’s a very flexible document.

Oh, and a couple Dems are sticking their hands up to propose amending the Constitution to allow Obama to run for a third or more terms. Of course, some Dems proposed that during Bill Clinton’s second term but then became remarkable silent when George Bush was elected and re-elected. Couldn’t let that Republican crazy man become a dictator! That will never happen here! But the world moved on.

Well, Bush was re-elected and used his ‘mandate’ to try to reform social security, medicare and medicaid to ensure the continuity of those programs. Obama? Well, he’s supposed to care about the same, as well as jobs-jobs-jobs but so far has no program nor have his supporters required such of him. Of course that’s all the Republicans fault. But it is of interest that he feels strongly about taking away guns from His citizens, but only for the best of reasons.

But I remember that Hugo Chavez was sure he knew Obama well and could work with him. He recognized a fellow traveler on the road toward America’s justified diminishment as a world power. And Obama also had and has the support of Fidel Castro. Perhaps they both knew then and know now more than the American Obama supporters? Nah, couldn’t be.

But it’s of no consequence. Things will change completely if there is another Republican president. The lapdog press will become the fierce ankle biting Chihuahuas they were during the Bush years. Oh, they will still be leg humping the Dems. And the Dems will suddenly discover that government by presidential fiat is un-Constitutional and dictatorial.

So I feel very confident, and let me be very clear, it could never happen here!

But in the meantime, I’m practicing the following Dem anthem that the Obama Youth will be goose stepping to at his inauguration: “ Barack Obama über alles, über alles in der Welt!”
