Murder in The Villages-Justice Continues (Part 5)
Well, things are moving forward now.
The prosecution has wrapped and now the defense continues by the lawyers of the two alleged murderers.
Frankly, there doesn't seem to be much of the way in defense.
OCALA – Renaldo McGirth declined to testify Tuesday morning at his murder trial.
He and co-defendant Jarrod Roberts are accused of murdering Villages resident Diana Miller in July 2006 and shooting and injuring her husband, James.

Roberts’ attorney, Henry Ferro, was expected present his case Tuesday afternoon. (That probably won't take much time.)
And the wheels of justice keep turning.
UPDATE (2/06/08)
The defense has rested. The prosecution and defense have had their closing arguments. The jury should get the case on Thursday.
Stay tuned.
UPDATE (2/07/08)
The jury has been at it today, but seem to have called it a night. They'll continue on Friday.
And the beat goes on.

The only thing they seem to have on Sheila is that yes, she is a drug addict that by association with her dealers ended up with her parents killed. So they say...I don't think we will ever really know. I am so ashamed to have her in my family
To Family...I probably know you being her best friend for 30+ years...I can understand your shame. I only hope that the truth will prevail and she will get whats coming her way.

From the way things are going with the trial, it looks like nothing is going to happen to her except that all of the families want NOTHING to do with her so SHEILA IF YOUR READING THIS.... QUIT CALLING!!! We don't want to ever hear from you again! A FAMILY MEMBER
Well, 'known' and 'family'-the trial is wrapping up. Should be to the jury on Thursday.
And you're right 'family' it seems Sheila may not be called to account. The defendants keep trashing her and the prosecution keeps playing her as victim.
It will be interesting.
God this is SO DAMN ridiculous!!!!! Jim knows Sheila did it for gods sake...why doesn't the court realize she had everything to gain!!!! I am so sick!!!!! Jim Love You and Miss you....I hope you are doing OK!!!

Thank God they were found GUILTY, but what about Sheila...They really need to do some more investigating...I still think one of them will roll on here...

WE HAVE A GUILTY VERDICT! But....they were found not guilty of armed kidnapping.(humph) Now who would have thought that Sheila was kidnapped? Thank god for a somewhat smart jury. Now will they finally go after her!!! we hope. family
Family...God I hope they go after her...I had a dream about Jim and Diana last night that startled the hell out of me. I really hope they are going to get her. I will be down there on that day!!!!
